It was very convenient to our cruise ship and less than a 10 minute walk. No fighting to get out of the cruise parking lot. This lot was located across the street from all the craziness of people scrambling to get their cars out and away from other cruise travelers walking through that lot. How easy that small walk where we parked by the Marathon gas station, easy in and easy out."

"Documentation sent to me pre-cruise was deficient. The documentation cited a 4 digit street address and mentioned the lot is next to a Marathon gas station. Nothing said the address given is not the address of the lot. I circled several times before finding the lot. The dispatcher always had an excuse for the shuttle taking a while to appear. And at return, instructions for finding the shuttle were vague. And then more excuses for delays."

There was no one there to ask any questions if we were actually in right place. I called and got a recording saying vans ran every 15 mins but they went right by us. Called back and finally got someone to answer and send a van. It was very easy when we returned and a right way driver was there and very nice and took us to our car. "

"I have used this parking lot two years in a row. The price is right ant 8.00 a day . Only disadvantage is when you call for the shuttle service,the mailbox is full .We ended up walking the two blocks from NCL terminal 2 to the parking lot. So if you can’t walk this is not for you"

" You can’t beat the price for this location. However, it is a bit of a walk to Terminal 2. The walk is pleasant and flat as long as you don’t have too much luggage. I left my car there for 12 days with no incidents. On the downside, the lot is not well marked with Rightway Parking signage and it is not a secured and manned lot. I suspect it is monitored daily. I did not use the free shuttle to the cruise port but it was nice to know it was available if I felt I needed it due to adverse weather. All in all a good deal!"
