"The convenience and price are spot on. The front desk staff are always friendly. I have had four different drivers and 75% of them have been fantastic. However, on our last trip the driver was rude, not very personable, and was playing head banging music at a very high volume which surprised all the passengers. This will not keep me from using the service nor doesn't it deter me from staying at the hotel. It does make me hesitant to recommend this service to friends as this type of behavior would not give a great first impression."

"When I arrived at the hotel about 9am, I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes with no one in sight. No bell or other items to call for assistance. The phone was ringing nonstop. One phone pointed out toward the lobby and the screen showed 47 missed calls. The same number kept calling back and I can't help but think it was someone wanting to request pickup - I was worried that this was going to be terrible. No one wants this type of uncertainty when trying to catch a flight. I eventually had to go down the hall and find a maintenance worker, asking for someone to meet me at the front desk. Another 5 minutes and a man finally appeared. He lifted the phone and hung up on the person calling, then asked if I was there for parking. There was no acknowledgement or apology for the time waiting. After that, he was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that I had to follow the shuttle to an off site lot to park. It was directly under the air traffic control tower, so it seemed safe. The driver was great and the trip to was quick to drop off. Upon return, they sent someone right away and I was given instructions on where to go for pick up. I waited about 10 minutes and shared the shuttle with one other customer. I was dropped off directly behind my vehicle. This would have been five stars without the issue at drop off. "

I had about a ten minute wait to get the van ride to the airport and about 15 minutes when I came home. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. It's the only place I park now. Much cheaper for parking a week compared to an Uber."

"Hello - I was a little disappointed that I called Rightway Parking and asked if parking at Buffalo Airport Hotel was on site and was told yes it was self park. When we got there we were told it was two minutes down the road to their secure lot. My husband was very upset. They did end up letting us park on site but this needs to be better clairified so there are no surprises."
