"Getting to the hotel was easy, getting dropped off at airport pretty simple but coming back I called and said I was picking up my luggage and she said to call back once I had luggage in hand . I called back and told they told ne where to go. I waited. I called again and said they were on way. I waited. I called again and said they were on way . I explained we had already been waiting 35 minutes outside in the cold they finally arrived 15 minutes later. I guess you could say we waited and hour for pick up . Did not like that part ."
