"Its a 4 story parking structure. The QR code does not work at the terminal to enter the parking lot. We had to get an attendant. The attendant told us that cruise parking is the 4th floor, which is not indoor or covered. We felt our car was safe, but not as advertised by the title, "indoor". It was 100% "outdoor" parking."

We checked in with the hotel I knew exactly what to do parked our car in a protected carport locked everything up when we returned they switched us what to do. They offered their amenities from the hotel, free coffee use the restroom sit waiting in the lobby for our Lyft driver. When we returned, they let us know what to do. Show the receipt and left the hotel no issues no problems and serviced, with a smile."

"This couldn't have been easier. Covered parking garage with security. Not large. We were able to use the facilities in the hotel before we called an Uber to the cruise port. Only downside is it's so close to the cruise port that going back, Uber didn't want to take us so we got a rogue Uber to take us for 30 bucks. It was $21.95 I think going."
