And there’s a discrepancy between what we were told for shuttle times & the actual times, so we were cutting it closer than anticipated to catch our flight. "Had a good experience except on my return home, it was very late and I took the wrong shuttle by mistake. I was told to either take the wrong shuttle back to the airport or to get an uber. The shuttle was on the way to the airport why could they not just pick me up at the hotel I was at. Not very good customer service in my opinion. "
