"The parking worked fine for getting to the airport. Our return flight was delayed and we did not get to the shuttle pickup area until 10:00 pm. The Rightway information said the shuttle runs until 11:00 pm. We called the hotel and they said the shuttle runs until 10:00 pm. Thankfully the driver was still there and came to pick us up. "

"Instructions on how to park were not clear. Front desk help was amazing though. The first day I had to take a Lyft because the Shuttle was out of service. Consider that when booking. "

"This was first time using the Doubletree for parking. It was very smooth. Parking was not as remote as in some other locations we've used. Shuttle was prompt for pickup after call. We were only ones on the shuttle and the driver even dropped us right at our vehicle"

"The process of parking at DoubleTree was fabulous! The lot was close to the hotel entrance and the shuttle was available when I arrived. Upon returning, I called the phone number given and they dispatched the shuttle. I waited about 15 minutes, which was expected. (My flight returned around 530 pm which is rush hour traffic. ) I will definitely use this service again. Great service! The woman shuttle driver that took my to the airport was very sweet and personable. "
