"Parking was easy have parked there before. The first couple times we were told by the hotel we could uses their shuttle being we were staying there. This last time the lady at the hotel said we would have to use rightway shuttle. We called the number given and was given another number, left messages and never got a call back continue to call and still just got answering machine. The hotel ask if we had a time yet we told them no and they worked us into one of their shuttles. Coming back we called and was told look to the right we did saw nothing, no one at the port could help us, the driver from the hotel noticed we were standing there and told us to get in he would take us. The communication from the number we were given is no good, no human not call back and looking to the right there more than one port ."

"We did not book with the hotel. We are here for pick up from RIGHTWAY parking. We usually stay at Hilton hotels, but we live within 30 minutes of this hotel and that’s why we booked the parking separately. We also booked here because it’s covered parking. We wanted the car to be safe, and we trust Hilton hotels to keep our car safe! The lobby was packed when we arrived. And when I called RIGHTWAY for the shuttle, they came right away. Eric told me that we would get priority as all of the guests in the lobby were waiting for the hotel shuttle to the port. He said that they would help the hotel out by delivering gas to the port for them. What a great business! We will definitely book with them everytime we cruise out of Tampa!!! "

We used Rightway Parking for all nights—including our hotel stay—and it was not only more affordable than the hotel or port parking, but also gave us peace of mind since it’s a covered garage with security cameras. The shuttle to the port was quick and easy. Just be sure to follow the instructions and call for a shuttle upon debarkation—we mistakenly boarded one that wasn’t headed to our stop. Thankfully, the driver went out of his way to get us to our vehicle. Excellent service all around! Highly recommend."

"Directions were clear and easy to follow. A little issue with the arm being down on the way in and I was not able to reach anyone, but that is not Rightway's issue. The exit arm was open and I just went in that side. The parking deck was very convenient, clean , and felt safe. We left our car there for 8 days and there were no issues. Everything about picking up the shuttle to the cruise terminal was clear and it was clear also with the pick-up. We did self-carry on the way out so we were able to leave the ship at the earliest time. We left the ship around 7:15 and were in our car heading home by 7:30. The Rightway shuttle was where it said it would be and they were ready with several shuttles to take people to multiple sites. I highly recommend this company."

"We heard about this parking company from other travelers using the Margaritaville Islander out of Tampa. I had paid for parking at the port and it was very expensive. I think we paid about $15 to park and take a shuttle from the Hampton Inn over to the port to pick up Margaritaville Islander. That was per day. The parking was covered parking in a parking structure that was secured with the gate and had cameras and security. There was a Starbucks attached to the lobby of the Hampton Inn and it had a very clean environment and clean restrooms. We had a nice Starbucks drink and there was a CVS right across the crosswalk at the intersection- perfect for grabbing those last-minute travel sizes, SPF and some portable Lysol wipes for the cruise ship. Everything we needed to spend time before the shuttle took us over for our boarding time! The shuttle was right there going, and the shuttle came back to pick us up and I don’t even think it took 10 minutes when we were coming off the boat at the end of the cruise. It was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend it, especially to people who need to come off a plane, and wait a few hours before they board car or just a safe waiting place for a shuttle. "
