"no problem with check in. Picking up was different story. I called three times as the line kept hanging up. Then I was put on hold for 15 min. Very unclear directions about where to be for pick up. There was 3 separate groups waiting for pick up. I was told 20 min until the driver would arrive, why the long wait. The airport is only 5 min away. Once we were there, no problem getting the car. Both drivers were pleasant and very willing and helpful with luggage"
