"I would have given a 5-star, but the shuttle pick up at the airport didn't go as smooth as the rest of my experience. It's too long to explain, but the operator needs to give better directions as where to go and not tell people to go to the area that says "HOTEL Shuttle". There is no sign that says "HOTEL Shuttle". With all the confusion that was caused, it took over an hour before I finally got a shuttle back to my car. I only share this, so hopefully your operators can give clearer directions on where to go for the shuttle. The sign reads Courtesy Shuttle and Limousines."
