"Good prices, especially during holiday season. They have a smaller shuttle van, so you may have to wait longer if you leave or arrive during peak travel times. Luckily, we arrived early in the morning after Christmas and had a shuttle waiting for us. You get texted a link with your ticket, and within that page, there is a link to click to request a shuttle when you get your bags. Again, luckily, we arrived later in the evening, and another family must have called the van before we did, so we didn't have to wait. The only reason for not five stars is that you must leave your keys with them, and they can drive your vehicle around based on their capacity, which I was unaware of. I did get a notification a few days into the trip that my car door was left open and unlocked for a few hours, so I locked it from my app. If you're comfortable leaving your keys with them, read their liability clause, and are okay with it, then great! Overall, no other problems."

"Overall we were very pleased with the MCO Trust Airport Parking, it was the first time we have used this parking option and the MCO airport. Parking our car on arrival was no problem and we were given details on how to retrieve our car on arrival. The shuttle to the airport was available immediately and was a short trip. When returning we were not aware that we needed to be at Terminal A or C to get a shuttle as we arrived at Terminal B. I needed to call Trust Parking to straighten this out but once informed was made our way over to Terminal C for pick-up, which was fast. This information could have been provided in the instructions and would have saved a phone call. Other than that minor issue we were very happy with the service and the value for money paid which was reasonable."
