The Microtel Inn and Suites provides an excellent choice for affordable long or short-term airport parking for Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Guests parking with the Microtel Inn and Suites can use the hotel amenities which include Wi-fi access, restrooms and a comfortable waiting lounge.
The hotel is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day to provide any assistance needed while parking.
Shuttle service is provided to and from the airport upon request, within the designated shuttle hours, with every reservation.
Shuttle Information
The shuttle service runs between 5:00 AM - 12:00 AM, 365 days a year.
Shuttle service runs every hour (E.g, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00 etc.)
Guests must register at the front desk at least 10 minutes before their desired shuttle time to ensure the shuttle is scheduled
Once the reservation is booked, shuttle instructions will be sent via text/email confirmation.

"Great service when I arrived. Got me right to the airport. Driver was very friendly. Upon return it was a little hectic Flights had been cancelled so therefore many were searching for hotels and American Airline were give vouchers to Microtel. The main problem was they were using a personal size van that night and we had to wait for them to make several trips to get everyone to the hotel. Otherwise the parking was good."

"Hotel had the cheapest rate of all the other hotels located close to the airport. Checking in was not an issue and neither was getting to the airport. Driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. Only reason this was not a 5 star rating was getting the shuttle back to the hotel. Though the driver did apologize, it took him close to 30 minutes and a second call to the hotel on his status, to pick us up. Not ideal when the temps were in the low 40s, it was windy and you see every other hotel shuttle pick up passengers. "

"Our contact with Microtel in Charlotte was very good. We left our car there for 10 days and it was well taken care of. Be sure to have your reservation information in hand as there was some difficulty registering upon arrival. No problems with departure and the shuttle was prompt."

"Everything went very well at drop off. Staff was professional and courteous. Since we arrived at about 10 am, the front desk was busy with checkouts so we had to wait a few minutes to get service but I think that was a function of our arrival time. We arrived back at 9 am and was put on hold for a few minutes, probably for the same reason - peak check out time. Once we spoke with someone a van was dispatched immediately. Overall, a very experience and an easy way to save $2 a day, which adds up for longer stays. Would definitely do it again."
