"The gentleman that drove the shuttle to the airport was so friendly and kind! I didn't fly back home because we were moving my son and family to IL from NC. I took an Uber to pick up my car and everything went well! Good experience."

"Was very easy to park transportation to and from the airport was very easy to do and our driver went above and beyond we got back to our parking lot. The car battery was dead after sitting for a lengthy period of time, and they went over and above to help get us going. Definitely would recommend 10 out of 10 and I will be using you guys again for my next upcoming trip in a few weeks."

"Highly recommend Midway HotSpot. Not hard to find. Super nice attendants and drivers. Car was super safe. The only thing that I was not prepared for was that I had to back my car in to the parking spot. Not a big deal at all, but just be prepared for that."
