"Check in was great fast and easy. Guys were great. Picking up my car, the young lady was rude and condescending. I'm hard of hearing and she was rude when I asked her to repeat her instructions. I will use you again, but would try not to have to deal with her. "

"We had a great experience with ORD Routes parking facility. Easy to find and there were people waiting to help with the check in process to leave the car. The van to the airport was at the parking facility and ready to load the bags and get everyone safely to the airport. Upon returning, we were able to navigate clearly from baggage claim to the pick up location give to us upon leaving our car. We had no issues with our car upon our return to the parking lot. Thank you to all we encountered!"

The only complaint is it would be nice to have more help when you return. The driver will go get your car but not offer to help get your luggage in your car. The shuttle picks up and drops off like a fine-tuned wheel. I have never had any trouble or issues with the parking or the shuttle. I have been using routes for the past couple of years and I take an international trip every six months. Routes is only about 8 mins from the airport, and you are dropped at your airline. Can't ask for much more. I love it!"

I waited over 20 minutes after returning from overseas all I needed was for someone to hand over my keys. I was paid in full in advance. I had to interrupt someone to get my keys. Other than that, It's a smooth run machine. I will always park here when traveling through O'Hare"

"It was unclear when I arrived for the first time where I was to leave my car, find assistance, etc. -- so full I couldn't see the posted signs. But before I even entered the lobby, a driver met me, filled out all the paperwork, and got me into his van. The same driver picked me up a week later when the covid-19 concerns had drastically impacted travel. He wisely wore gloves. I wish I knew his name, a young man from Turkey, I believe he said. He was fabulous both times, personable and knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He will be the reason I use ORD Routes Airport Parking again in the future. Counter workers were okay, probably stressed by the drop in business. It's the driver who makes the difference for me, the reason to return."
