"Denver airport is HUGE so I decided to reduce some stress by using this outdoor or covered parking area. To get there was easy as it lies just outside the airport so you don't have to deal with much traffic congestion, but my flight was also early in the morning so maybe that had a little to do with it. The attendants at the check in gate were friendly and told me which lane was open when I arrived. So there was no searching for empty spots that took up more of my time. I did not wait at all for a shuttle to arrive. As soon as I grabbed my bags from my trunk, a shuttle pulled up waiting on me to get on. So that was very nice. However, keep in mind that if the shuttle sees other people, the driver will go pick them up until the shuttle is full so allow extra time(maybe 10-15 minutes) in your travel plans for this. Note: the driver will give you a parking card stating which row color and letter you are. Keep this for your records as one lady on the return shuttle didn't, and she was the last one to be dropped off because the driver had to drive around to find her car!The shuttle itself looks like it can hold approximately 10 people. The drive to the airport was less than 10 minutes. The Denver airport has different areas for airline drop offs. So depending on which airline you are flying the driver will have to make an additional stop to where your airline is. For example, American airlines is at a different terminal than southwest airlines. So, make sure to add maybe 5 extra minutes for this. For my return flight, I had a good experience as well. Just remember what drop off lane the shuttle placed you at and go back to that same area. There will be a sign placed on the edge of the lane of where your shuttle will stop (ParkDia). I had to wait less than 5 minutes for the return shuttle. Checking out of the parking lot was easy. I had prepaid for my week long stay and showed the attendant the receipt on my phone and that was it. I will be using this service again as I had a great experience the first time and all the attendants/drivers were nice. "

We were quickly and efficiently transferred to the airport terminal by a friendly driver. Upon my return, I texted the number on the card I was given by the driver, and a shuttle was available to take me back to the parking facility in 10 minutes. (they service east and west terminals) Again, the driver was cheerful and efficient. The only snag was when I was ready to depart, it was after midnight and there was a bit of a line of vehicles waiting to get out the gate serviced by a person. Since we paid through Parkingway for the Park DIA garage, we had to use that line to show our parking was prepaid. But it was only a few minutes, and very easily done. I will definitely use Parkingway again. "

"I booked my parking for 9 days over Thanksgiving break with Rightway Parking, paying in full upfront. However when I picked up my car and left the lot, the Park DIA attendant told me I owed an additional amount of just under $10 because of “blackout dates”. Thankfully I contacted Rightway Parking customer service, who promptly and helpfully refunded that amount, for which I was extremely grateful! Normally Park DIA are super efficient and the shuttles are always available at both drop off and pickup. I use this facility every time I fly."

"I didn't have any problems with parking at DIA parking lot. The shuttles were very timely coming and going. Only problem I had was when I was leaving I wasn't sure what I needed to give the attendant other than my ticket I got when I entered. I showed him my email confirmation and he let me out. I'm not sure if I needed to download a barcode or something else from the website. All in all is was great and very close to the airport. "
