Return instructions will be provided at check-in and in the email/text notification.

You will receive an email, and text confirmation confirming your parking space is reserved.
Present the email/text confirmation printed out or via a smart device when you arrive.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your desired arrival time at the airport.

When I returned to Pittsburgh I called the number provided and my call was answered immediately . A shuttle bus was already on its way for pick up to return to the parking lot.
