"I arrived a bit early for my 4:00 a.m. appointment and called 15 minutes ahead as instructed. The person who answered at that time was unexpectedly and unnecessarily rude. It started with him saying they don’t open until 4:00 a.m. I explained I was simply following the instruction to call 15 minutes early. After going back and forth over that basic point, he told me to park by the gate—I let him know I was already there, as instructed. He repeated that they wouldn’t open until 4:00, which was fine, as I was prepared to wait. He then said someone would come pick me up, and when I asked for an approximate time, he couldn’t provide one and responded in a way that felt dismissive and combative. The entire exchange was unnecessarily argumentative over a straightforward process. In contrast, the drivers who took me to the airport and later brought me back to the parking area were excellent—I even tipped them for their service. However, the individual who answered the phone at 3:45 a.m. on the 14th should not be in a public-facing role. Their behavior was unprofessional and left a poor first impression. "
