They ask you a few questions, take your keys , give a receipt with a phone number to call upon your return, you find a spot to park and off you go! The shuttle was prompt and smooth! The return trip was just as easy! The shuttle picked us on return at C110 for Jet Blue passengers. We would definitely do this again! "
