"I thought I was parking at the Port Authority parking lot, which is what I wanted as it's much easier. Other than the mix up on that. Which was probably my fault for not reading more carefully. Oh, also, I try not to be a Karen but the a/c needs to be fixed on the white shuttle bus, as it was so hot while I waited to be dropped off at terminal #3, the way back was much smoother as I knew where I was going and that I was parked across the street from the port. "Parking is easy to get to and shuttle to pier was very nice. After the voyage they pick you and your luggage up and shuttle you back to your car. They call ahead with your ticket info so that your vehicle has been pulled out and is waiting on your arrival back at the parking area. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This makes parking close to the pier a very enjoyable experience. Will do it again."
