"Upon returning from a much needed vacation on July 6th, 2026, I found myself stalled at the Mall Parking because my car battery died. The crew was very helpful and patient with me. Jackson let his car run for a lengthy period of time trying to get my car started. He also drove me to the gas station so that I could charge my phone which also died while I waited for hours on a tow. Apologies for not getting his co-workers name but again they were very helpful in my unfortunate situation. At the Mall Parking: prices are reasonable, the vehicle was safe, and the employees were helpful and friendly. "

"We showed up a little early / parked our car at this lot for a 10 day cruise ! They do charge for 11 days as you are picking up your car on morning of the 11th day so that’s the only thing I disagree with! But they are very nice / usually not to long a wait to load to be dropped off at the cruise terminal and return trip is also not a long wait! I feel like our car is safe there also! We have used them several times ! "
