"Kind of annoying to find the hotel closed when we arrived. It was cold and no where to get out of the cold except to walk back to the car and wait after calling the number posted on the door. It seems there would have been plenty of time and opportunity to contact reservations to let them know. Other than that the service was great to and from the airport. "

"Work out great! Parked my car and was in the shuttle within minutes. Quick ride to the airport and drop off. I extended my stay and a simple phone call extended my parking reservation. On the return the shuttle was picking me up 15 minutes after I walked off the plane. I will definitely use this service again."
