"The drop off and ride to the airport from Marriott was great. The check-in was quick and easy. The driver was amazing. She followed me to my car as I dropped off the dash tag instead of leaving without me. She was great! The pick-up was a mess. It took an hour for pick-up from when I called. The woman on the phone was polite, and helpful for my three calls. The driver actually drove right past me. He was great once I was on the shuttle, but getting him there, not so much. Waiting an hour at midnight while seeing many, many shuttles go by (repeatedly) is very frustrating. "
