"Pros: well-lit parking lot, easy check-in, access to hotel restroom and lobby; comfortable shuttle Cons: return shuttle size too small at midnight because all the American Airlines(AA) crew need to get back to the hotel as well. A few people had to stand. No more seats. Perhaps AA should arrange for a special shuttle for their crew to minimize overcrowded vehicles Overall a positive experience. Beware parking underneath the tree next to the hotel. Upon return there were bird poop all over our car!"

"I have parked here on multiple occasions, in the heat of Summer and in the cold, icy Winter. I have always been treated with respect and no natter what time if day or night there are always staff at the desk to check you in. My car has always been safe in this parking lot and I never have to even think about any problems with where I parked. The shuttle drivers are most helpful with getting my bags on and off and are very good about getting me to and from the airport promptly. It only takes about 7-8 minutes to get to and from the airport and its always so easy right outside baggage claim. I will always park at this Sheraton Hotel location because they have proven themselves to be top notch."

"It was easy to register for parking. All we had to do was pull into the hotel and park in the designated lot. There was a shuttle that ran 24/7 so all we did was walk to the front of the hotel and wait for the shuttle. Because of using this parking we didn't have the hassle of traffic trying to get into the airport to park ourselves. When we return from our flight we just had to wait in the shuttle pick up area and withing 10 minutes we were on the way back to our car."
