When I went inside to drop my car off, I was in and out of there with him 10 minutes then they had the bus to go to the airport and they dropped me off. They only took 10 minutes. When I got back from my trip, I called them and they picked me up within 15 minutes and back on the bus was another short ride and they had my car ready for me. So overall, it was a great experience and we way cheaper than parking at the airport or taking an Uber to the airport."

"This place at first sounded too good to be true. The price, convenience and customer service was GREAT. I even think they need to update their pick up to include terminal C which was not on their terms of agreement, which is a bonus and where we left from. We were dropped off and picked up at that terminal, super convenient. Also, some may not like it that you have to leave your keys with them but it was great for us because our car was waiting at the front with windows semi down cooling off from the Florida summer sun. This place is a must use, you won't regret it."

"Quick and easy transfer of our luggage to the shuttle bus and once we arrived at the airport terminal the driver set our luggage on the curb. The driver was very nice and polite. On arriving back from trip the shuttle bus picked us up in about five minutes, loaded our luggage and once we arrived back at the parking he unloaded our luggage and our car was waiting for us. "I love the convenience of Drive and Park Valet MCO. We have used it several times, and the staff is very friendly. They have even started drop-off and pick-up at Terminal C, which is a huge help, as we often fly out of Terminal C. My only complaint is that the last 2 times we have picked up the car, we have been on our way home when we discovered we had no lights on. The staff turns our automatic lights off, and we have been pulled over by the police. We will need to be more careful and check next time!"
