"The parking situation was fine. However better instructions and communication is necessary. For instance: when registering online the questionnaire requires the departure date. That seems like the time you left the car there, not when you're picking it up. What they really should ask is the return date. Because that's what they want to know. When you're picking up the car. Secondly, they don't tell you where to be for pick up at the airport on return. I called the office and she said A-4. But didn't specify which level. There's 2 levels. I waited for 30 minutes on the wrong level because she didn't say level 1. This was my first time using the service. Those improvements would earn a 5 rating instead of 4. Clear instructions should be displayed online at minimum and/or change the registration questionaire to reflect the return date, not departure date."
