"This location (as expected/advertised) doesn't have a shuttle, but it's only a 10 min walk to the terminal. I dropped off my family and bags, parked and walked back. I think the 10 min walk was quicker than calling/waiting for an uber and definitely faster than the shuttle I had done in the past at a different location (I had to wait 30 min for the return shuttle). Staff was quick/friendly. No issues."

"I parked my car for 27 days with at 901 Dick Road, Buffalo. When I returned near midnight, the receptionist was on duty and helped us nicely. My car was safe and intact. Though you advertisement mentioned that the parking lot had a guard, I did not see them, neither when I left the car nor when I picked it up. Meddled with, had not been meddled with."

It was a 20 minute walk to the airport but I dropped my wife off at the airport with our bags and walked back. There is no shuttle here. Also pick up was a breeze. I just got in my car and went. Even the booking was easy. "
