Fine Airport Parking IAH - Covered

"Have used Rightway every time I have parked at Fine Airport Parking at the Houston airport. It has always worked with no issues while entering or leaving. For my latest trip, Rightway provided a QR code instead of the traditional bar code I had always received in the past. Seems that Fine Airport Parking system is unable to recognize the QR code which resulted in a lot of hassle while entering as well as when leaving the facility. Staff were able to find my booked manually in their system, but definitely was a much better experience during all previous visits. Hopefully it was just a one time glitch and the proper bar code will be provided for future bookings."

"Thank you for reaching out. Overall, our experience was good, and Fine parking staff were courteous and helpful. The airport shuttle staff, in particular, were excellent. However, there are two areas that need improvement: 1. QR Code Entry We booked through Rightway Parking, but the QR code did not scan automatically at the entry gate on July 13. The attendant had to manually scan it. A pre-booked digital reservation should allow seamless entry without requiring manual intervention. 2. Incorrect Exit Contact Number The confirmation email we received from Rightway Parking included an exit contact number (713-641-1438) that was for the Hobby Airport location, not Fine Airport Parking IAH. When we called after returning, we reached the wrong facility and had to rely on the attendant to let us out manually. It would be helpful if Fine Airport Parking and Rightway Parking could coordinate to ensure customers receive the correct contact information for the IAH location. We appreciate that Fine parking staff resolved both issues promptly. Ensuring reliable QR code scanning and coordinating accurate contact information for exit would make the experience much smoother for future customers."
