"Check in was easy. Front desk was very helpful, and our shuttle driver was friendly and got us to the airport safely. He even made sure we had our seatbelts on. When I was leaving, had an little trouble getting out, but I pushed the help button, and the gate opened. I did get a little lost finding the hotel, but that could be because of my directions. All in all a good experience."

The reason for the 4/5 stars is because it took forever to get a ride out to the airport and upon arrival I kept getting put on hold several times when I called for a pick up. I was on a tight time schedule. There is no covered parking which I would have liked and was told was available. I would leave my car here again- it was safe the price was right. Thanks."
