"This is a great place to park. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the shuttle service only goes to 10:00pm. When I called them to see if they could possible get us, it was 10:24pm. Our plane ended up being delayed...(surprise surprise) and we had to get an Uber because they weren't able to come and get us. The staff was very friendly, and our car was just fine. I would definitely use them again, but not if my plane was arriving near the 9:00pm hour. I think if they could have just sent someone over to get us, (which I know is easier said than done), it would have been nice. It was well after 10:00 and the hotel was quiet. I'm thinking that someone on the maintenance staff could have carved out a half hour and picked us up, but I'm just sayin'. Otherwise, I would absolutely use them again."
