Concierge at the desk in the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the check-in process was a snap, and the parking area was nice and close to the front of the hotel (we've done park and ride at some other hotels where the parking is way in the back or out of the way where you feel like no one has eyes on your vehicle at all). The airport shuttle was on time and efficient and roomy. Overall a great experience! We'll continue to use Rightway for our parking/shuttle needs!"

"Parking was great. But it would be nicer if the driver was more helpful with the luggage. Instead of just offering to help, he said, “do you want help”. On the way back, we again gave a nice tip, he helped get the bags out of the van and took off. Didn’t ask if we’d like help getting them in our car. I just felt that’s rude and lazy. I could see if the people are young themselves. But we’re not."

"When I called the hotel front for a shuttle, they said the shuttle services are off due to inclement weather and told me to uber or get a taxi. I had to complain harder to make them call me an uber. I paid for the shuttle services as well so they should have suggested that first without me complaining about it. "

"All worked out well except on the return, the hotel shuttle did not leave to pick us up at the designated times they advertise, every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. We were picked up 45 minutes after we called and were just 5 minutes from the hotel. This would not be a big deal, but we had been traveling for 12 hours and it felt like a lot longer of a wait."
