Parking was right next to the hotel and the front desk staff had a sign in sheet at the desk and explained where to park. The shuttle was directly in front of the entrance to the hotel and was on time and very close to Dulles. Pick up was exactly where we were told to wait and on time. Both drivers were very polite and helpful with our luggage. Highly recommend it!"

"The experience was positive until I returned for my vehicle. A yellow warning sticker was on the driver side window warning that my vehicle will be towed if not moved. The window mirror tag issued to me was in place on the mirror. I am happy my vehicle was not towed, but the sticker was extremely difficult to remove. The adhesive requires special solvent to remove it. I do not understand why this was necessary."

"I was surprised to learn you had to park on the roof of a garage so the side of Hyatt, don't know when this changed as I had always parked in parking lot in front of hotel. This can be difficult for senior citizens, especially returning at 10 pm in the cold. Also, after parking my car and returning for the shuttle I was told there was no room for me. After discussion, I was allowed to ride in front passenger seat so I could make my flight on time. These two items make me question whether I want to use Hyatt Regency, especially almost being denied use of the shuttle at the time I needed. Any comments or solutions would be appreciated."
