When we arrived to the parking lot the shuttle van was there and we immediately had our suitcases loaded into the van by a very polite and pleasant driver. We were at IAD airport in about 10-15 minutes. On our return flight we arrived at the designated pickup location and just as I was about to call the IAD Crown Plaza phone number as directed, we saw the shuttle van with the same driver and once again our suitcases were loaded into the van and we were back to the parking lot in 10-15 minutes. It was our first time using IAD Crown Plaza for parking and it certainly will not be our last. "

The return to our car was not as good. It took an hour or more because the number of people going to the hotel filled the shuttles before we could get on. Also, the driver dropped us off in the parking lot near the garage entrance so we had to roll our four large bags up the ramp to our car. Not as good an experience as the trip to the airport."
